Meet Recap

South started the 2017 season at the Brunswick Tee-Off Classic at Pine Hills Golf Club with a 6th place finish out of 18 teams. The Rebels shot a team score of 316, which tied them for 5th with Rocky River, but the Pirates’ 5th score was better than South’s, earning 5th place. Senior Joey Svitavsky led South with a 76 and sophomore Antonio Bodziony followed with a 77. Senior Thomas Priore was South’s 3rd man with an 80, while junior JC Cendrowski rounded out the scoring for the Rebels with an 83. South continues tournament play Wednesday at Punderson in the Kenston Invitational.
